Abstract
In today's designer, communication of project results becomes one of the essential skills to achieve acceptance by decision makers. Knowing the variables that intervene in communication and the characteristics that define them, guarantee that whoever executes the communication process is able to fully understand the communicative situation they are facing, and can handle it effectively, adapting it to their particularities. The article presents the set of variables of the communication of design project results, and offers a conceptual and operational definition to each one to be able to identify and measure it, taking into account all the spheres of action in which the designer develops. These allow the process to be adapted to the particularities of each project to be communicated.
