- stabilize the operation and visibility of the web.
- On November 3, the University's Scientific and Technical Information Directorate directed its specialists to initiate the certification process in the Ministry of Science and Technology (Citma) and other databases.
- the interface in English was incorporated.
- and the editorial policy was expanded with the option of articles in English.
We think of 2022 as a year of:
- stability / maturity in editorial work.
- No. 16-2022 begins the publication of articles in English.
- start the publication of thematic issues, the first should be available in May on Design in Ceramics.
- convert A3manos into a competitive publication of high demand and quality among authors and readers / followers.

Abstract
The fundamental objective of this project is to contribute to developing the scientific culture of young Cubans, carrying out scientific dissemination activities, using objects that show in an entertaining and fun way the application of principles and concepts of Physics, whether they are elaborated by the own ISDI students or others of a commercial nature.
Kenji Ekuan. Simple but elegant, that's what creates a little moment of happiness.
José L. Esperon
Abstract
The Japanese designer Kenji Ekuan, has been awarded, highlighted and internationally renowned for his contributions to design including the Bullet Train, but why when we name it does a small container of soy sauce appear in our memory? Why is it more relevant to talk about a container than about the Bullet Train or a Yamaha motorcycle? In this article we will explore those traces that allow us to get closer to a better understanding of why this small container and its designer attracts so much attention.
Grávita - Orchestra Kitchen Project.
Álex López
Abstract
Eating guarantees survival, but also unites, delights, transports, and makes life happy; the kitchen is then the epicenter of life, the place where magic happens. In the case of this project, contrary to being hidden, the kitchen is alive, vibrant and sound so that you can enjoy both the result and the process. Because ordering food is fine, but falling in love with cuisine around the world is better.

Abstract
The Cuban Revolution, at its 6th decades, is going through one of the periods of greatest ideological offensive against its political, economic and social system. In recent years, this situation has found a propitious space for unfolding in the virtual universe, where narratives designed to weaken the hegemony of the Cuban political project are posted every day from social networks or the "alternative" media.
At the same time, the conditions of access to these virtual platforms have been considerably expanded in the country, and it is estimated that more than half of the national population interacts with it. However, a scientific program has not been developed to the same extent that allows to position, systematically and effectively, the contents that support the action of the Cuban political project.
Said scientific program, which has to operate in the field of political communication, cannot be conceived without a particular look from design management, an activity that can significantly contribute to differentiation in the development of communication solutions, to strategic positioning before the various audiences and the contribution of transmedia content from the intervention of different spheres of professional design performance. For this, it is necessary to implement a system of actions at the strategic, tactical and project levels, in those institutions with a role in the government's political communication.

Abstract
The objective of the work is to present an aid material to teachers and, especially, to the main teachers of the year that contributes to strengthening the work of the academic year groups during the development of the Educational Teaching Process (PDE in spanish) in our teaching institutions of Upper level.
The work brings together a series of ideas taken from the experience of several fellow teachers who have held this position for several years of their professional lives. It does not mean recipes or absolute truths, much less is it intended to replace what is regulated or established. We simply intend to reveal some little-known elements about the functions and working methods of the main teacher of the year that, if applied correctly, would help the work cohesion of the group of teachers of the academic year with greater attention to the students and thus influence the quality development of the Educational Teaching Process (PDE) and the proper functioning of our university institutions.

Abstract
The thesis is based on the need for a Design Management Methodology in the company Compacto Caribe SA, aimed at organizing, guiding and linking the specific procedures and methods linked to the design activity, to achieve an efficient work flow in the levels of strategy, programs and project, from design management, achieving greater production capacity, increasing the client portfolio, billing levels, meeting the demand for import substitution of cardboard packaging and exporting quality products.

Abstract
The thesis to propose a conceptual model to use the Methodology of Scientific Research (MSR), specifically its methods and techniques, in the Problem Phase; which is the first analytical phase of the Industrial Design Process (IDP) taught in the ISDi. Methods and techniques such as Analysis-Synthesis, Induction-Deduction, Systemic Approach, Content Analysis, Observation, and Surveys are used; to systematize the theoretical conceptions raised by the authors, evaluate the presence of the methods and techniques of the MSR in the Diploma Works as it is the integrating exercise of the career and check the use of these by teachers. All this in terms of obtaining the partial results necessary to arrive at the final proposal of the model. The model that, when applied, gives greater scientific rigor to the Problem phase of the IDP, guaranteeing the design of more complete and grounded solutions.

Abstract
The thesis develops a corporate identity design management tool in interfaces between companies, universities and science, technology and innovation entities in the Mayabeque province. The characterization of the centers that make up the Mayabeque University-Business Interface was based on the relational triangle between substance, function and form. Based on the results of the diagnosis and characterization, the brand strategy was established as the most effective corporate identity design strategy. This was the starting point for developing the proposal for a corporate identity design management tool, the validation of which was carried out according to the criteria of experts. The tool is suitable, with great utility in the management of the visual identity of the Mayabeque University-Company Interface and that it is very useful for design management, with wide potentialities of application in other Interface Companies, Complexes or Science Technology Parks from the country.

Abstract
Health has been understood as an exclusive problem of medicine; however, interior design impacts the development of contemporary medicine and geriatric wards. Due to the increase in the number of elderly people and the specific characteristics of this user, geriatric wards require a design of interior spaces that takes into account these factors. The current Cuban Standard does not adjust or cover the functions of geriatric wards and the needs of the geriatric patient, due to this need this research arises. The theoretical methodological foundations that support the design of interior spaces in health centers are collected, and the data analyzed from the diagnosis of the current state of the interior design of the geriatric wards of Havana. The methods from a theoretical perspective are Analysis and synthesis, Induction-Deduction and Content Analysis. Structured Observation was applied as the structure of the empirical procedures, while the techniques are the Survey and the Interview, each one based on their respective instruments. The triangulation of these results and the definition, structuring and characterization of Guidelines as an instrument or model to follow, gave way to the determination of the guidelines for the design of interior spaces in the geriatric wards of Havana.
