So far, the year 2022 has been significant for our magazine for how much: 1.- The Evaluation Commission of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (Citma) granted it the certification of the Scientific-Technological Serial Publication category. 2.- The non-profit Open Knowledge platform AmeliCa granted the Certificate of Indexation. 3.- It was accepted in the Cuban Science Network. 4.- The A3manos website has achieved stability and the submission of articles is fully carried out by the authors. 5.- The number of visits to its pages increases every day, it has been viewed from 74 countries and is close to 100,000 views. 6.- The next issue (21-2024) will mark the arrival of the magazine to its 10 years of existence on the web.

National solutions with available technical resources

Abstract
The designer Ramsés Bernal Rodríguez has focused his interest on achieving national solutions with the technical resources available in the country, which has also led him to further study the link between Design and the Economy and the relationship between designer and company. . He has endeavored to develop products not only to replace imports but to create the bases for future exports that generate foreign exchange earnings for the country.
A chronological tour of some of the works that he has developed from his student days to the present is carried out in the article.
