Application of Project Management to Design Processes and Projects.
##plugins.themes.bootstrap3.article.main##
Abstract
There are numerous definitions of the term project, which can be defined as a set of activities developed by a person or entity in order to achieve objectives. Projects involve changes, whether simple or complex, and are made up of processes, which are activities that occur continuously or a series of operations that are repeated whenever circumstances require.
This article develops and analyses in a general way certain tools, techniques and skills of project management that we can consistently apply to design projects and processes today. Our changing, dynamic and technological environment requires designers who are project managers to assimilate and understand new guidelines and methods for working in our organisations or independently, and to apply them to our projects, which are increasingly innovative, technological, temporary, short in time and agile.
