Rural Innovation Center: a solution to bring innovation processes and the dynamics of creative transformation closer to small municipalities.
##plugins.themes.bootstrap3.article.main##
Abstract
The Brihuega CIRB Rural Innovation Center is designed to be the articulating axis of the plan for the transformation of the municipality and the associated strategic projects, in areas as important as health, education, culture, the environment, transport and cohesion and social integration. In all of them, digitization is a necessity and an essential requirement to attract and retain population and investment in the region. The CIRB's mission is to stimulate and promote entrepreneurship, innovation and training in digital skills for all social and professional groups in the rural context to:
1) promote a shared and socially integrated digital culture to achieve a sustainable economic recovery.
2) create new spaces of coexistence for social cohesion and intergenerational meeting around technology and entrepreneurship, in which all neighbors participate (from the youngest to the senior) together with entrepreneurs and businessmen.
3) Provide technological and strategic support to the rest of the Brihuega City Council's rural innovation projects.
