Ceramic design and productive models.

Abstract
The nature of ceramic design and its production originates and facilitate new forms of collaboration and relationships between professionals, creating a kind of open and integrating "micro-systems" in which the entire productive and communicative process takes place.
The production of these networks moves away from traditional craft objects that are the result of indissoluble processes between ideation and execution, and also from mass industrial production. The objects of these collaborations signify an intimate and existential approach to the ceramic object as a symbolic and communicative element.
Four experiences illustrate these economic and productive innovations, projects that are the result of open, dynamic and democratic societies to which Giulio Carlo Argan referred to as "la societ? democrática ? quella che si auto-progetta". (Argan, Giulio Carlo. 2003, 204)
