Games and toys: a response from the Cuban university

Abstract

This article presents some of the Diploma Projects, also known as end-of-study evaluations, that have been completed by undergraduate students as a requirement for their graduation in the Industrial Design Degree. Generally, these projects have been requested by companies and research centers that deal with the production of games in general.


All of the projects listed here can be downloaded from the Instituto Superior de Diseño (ISDi) library website. Likewise, other projects on this topic that have not been shown in this article can be found.

Curriculum synthesis

Ida M. González Hernández, Facultad de Química. Universidad de La Habana

Professor and consultant at the University of Havana. She collaborates with the Higher Institute of Design. Member of teaching category tribunals. Professor in the Master's Degree in Chemistry. She has served as President of the National Commission for the Chemistry Degree and member of the Pedagogical Sciences Section of the National Commission for Scientific Degrees. She has more than 30 scientific publications and numerous presentations at national and international conferences. She is co-author of textbooks and monographs. She has contributed to the development of laboratory and exercise books. She received an Annual Award for Scientific Technical Merit from the Ministry of Higher Education and one from the Cuban Academy of Sciences. She has been a guest professor at universities in Mexico, Peru, Bolivia and Italy.
