Abstract
This research is aimed at contributing to the training of health promoters in the prevention of drug abuse in order to carry out preventive work. In this proposal, the workshop is assumed as a fundamental form of the pedagogical process. The application of the workshops from a personalized approach, the use of a methodology to facilitate group formative learning, the inclusion of debates, the considerations on the training of health promoters, will encourage students to prepare themselves as promoters for the prevention of drug abuse and be able to develop preventive work related to drug abuse from the university.
