Abstract
As final work of the subject History of Design in Cuba and with the interest of investigating about the situation of political graphics in Cuba from 2000, specifically on the poster: its problems, context, factors of development or stagnation, creators and decision makers, three students from the 4th year of the Visual Communication Design career, interview the experienced Cuban designer Ernesto Niebla Chalita.
